Synopsis
This is the story of two very different families who do not know that something has united them for many years. Pancho López (Arath de la Torre) is a humble vegetable delivery man who has been widowed for 8 years since his wife Laurita (Ana Bárbara) had their fourth child Cuauhtémoc (Daniel Arévalo). Fernanda Peñaloza (Alicia Rodríguez), one of the wealthiest women in Toluca De Lerdo, discovers that she has very few months left to live due to a serious illness diagnosed by her best friend and family doctor Octavio Romero (Eugenio Cobo). When Fernanda decides to end her life on a cliff, she meets Pancho who tells her that life is beautiful, deciding to adopt her as his mother. What they do not know is that there is something that unites them and will unite them forever (because Fernanda and Pancho are mother and son). From that moment on, life changes for the López family. Fernanda, after meeting Pancho's family, decides to contact an old friend; Rebeca Treviño (Mayrín Villanueva), a prepared, cultured, and above all, very beautiful woman who, by fate, will be the rival of Graciela Torres (Luz Elena González), Pancho's sister-in-law, who is completely opposite to Rebeca. What no one knows is that the López family has a connection to AVON, Fernanda's company; as Enzzo Rinaldi (Pedro Moreno), an executive of the company, wants to seize the López family's assets, and because of this, Fernanda decides to appoint Pancho as the President of her company, especially after finding out that her only nephew, Vicente Irabién (Sergio Sendel), only wants to see her dead, who is completely opposite to Pancho (Pancho and Vicente are first cousins). Fernanda decides to do everything possible for Pancho to accept the Presidency of AVON, and with the help of Rebeca (direct help) and Enzzo (indirect help), she achieves it.
