Synopsis

Nothing Personal (1996) tells the story of political ambition and corruption in Mexico. Police chief Fernando Gómez Miranda betrays his friend, the lawyer Raúl de los Reyes, orchestrating his assassination and that of his youngest daughter. The eldest daughter, Camila, survives and is rescued by journalist Luis Mario Gómez, Fernando’s son. Meanwhile, Luis’s half-brother, Alfonso Carbajal, works on the case.
