SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PACKAGE DELIVERY
As a general rule, packages are shipped
8 to 12 business days when in DVD format,
4 to 5 business days in USB format
12 to 48 hours when in digital format
Once delivered to the courier, it takes 2 to 4 days in most countries worldwide, there may be changes depending on your place of residence.
Regularly for international shipments we ship via FedEx and sometimes UPS.
National Shipments: FedEx, DHL, UPS, Deliveries at Novelacar for shipments in Mexico City and Metropolitan AreaShipping costs include handling and packaging fees.
We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied individually for each one. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
CUSTOMS IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Outside Mexico)
Some countries charge import fees, that depends on the customs department of each country and the agent who inspects your package, we try to report the minimum cost and as a gift in the packages, most of the time it works and customs does not charge a tax. But this is completely beyond our control. Please note that if they decide to charge a tax, you will have to settle the amount to release your package.
Shipping companies like UPS or FedEx generally handle the release of your package (doing it yourself would be a cumbersome process). They will let you know the amount you have to pay for taxes, they will give you a document from the customs department with the amount of taxes. It is important not to confuse this cost with the shipping cost which was already covered when delivering your order to the courier.
