Synopsis

Isa TKM

The story focuses on Isabella "Isa" Pasquali, a young high school student, belonging to an adoptive middle-class family. Isa's love interest is Alejandro "Alex" Ruiz, a classmate and neighbor in the building where she lives, who leads an amateur rock band aspiring to win the school rock band festival. The obstacle for Isa to get closer to Alex is his current girlfriend, Cristina Ricalde, who jealously guards Alex from Isa. Eventually, Isa manages to join Alex's band as a vocalist, and they begin to get closer to each other. In the secondary plot, there are relationships of characters close to the protagonist, such as Linda Luna - Isa's best friend - with Reinaldo "Rey" Galán, or Isa's older sister, Marina Pasquali, whose marital relationship with Cristóbal Silva suffers from the interference of his mother and his ex-girlfriend.

At a certain point in the story, Isa discovers that she was actually adopted at birth, and that her biological parents are Julio Silva and Jenifer Contreras, teachers at the institute Isa attends. The series also shows the influence that adults have on young characters, addressing issues such as depression, alcoholism, and economic problems. Another recurring theme in the series is Isa's quest for her first kiss with Alex, which finally takes place in the last episode of the series.

Isa's life changes drastically when in the second season she has to go to a school abroad as a pupil paid for by her record label, which only pays for her and her best friend Linda's stay, but Rey and Alex manage to enter, Rey through his grandmother and Alex through a scholarship. There will be new challenges, new opportunities, and more conflicts, far from her homeland and family, but with new enemies and problems at school, as well as new friends and opportunities. During a visit to the new school, her old enemy Cristina will make her life impossible along with her new enemy Catalina.
